
SHIRATAKI NOODLES WITH STIR-FRIED ROAST BEEF AND VEGETABLES

We often don't have time to cook elaborate meals, but we still want a healthy meal that is quick to prepare! With this recipe, it's a snap. A delicious meal of healthy shirataki noodles on the table in no time.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Paste Badjak
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce (Ketjap Manis)
- 1 tablespoon Thin Soy Sauce Formula A (Healthy Boy)
- 4 tablespoons Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 packet Shirataki Fine
Juice of half a lime
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Honey
500 g Roast beef
400 g Chinese wok vegetables
Bunch of fresh coriander
4 Spring onion stalks
Preparation method for SHIRATAKI NOODLES WITH STIR-FRIED ROAST BEEF AND VEGETABLES
- Place the roast beef strips in the marinade for at least 15 minutes: juice of ½ lime, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp sambal, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp Chinese 5 spices, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp Soy sauce.
- Sear the roast beef over high heat until tender. Remove from the pan, place on a plate and cover.
- Fry the vegetables al dente in the same pan.
- Meanwhile, remove the Shirataki noodles from the packaging and rinse briefly with water.
- Add the roast beef and drained shirataki noodles to the vegetables. Stir.
Serve tip
serve on a plate and garnish with the fresh cilantro, spring onion and sesame seeds.
