SHIRATAKI NOODLES WITH STIR-FRIED ROAST BEEF AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon Chilli Paste Badjak

- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil

- 1 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce (Ketjap Manis)

- 1 tablespoon Thin Soy Sauce Formula A (Healthy Boy)

- 4 tablespoons Roasted Black Sesame Seeds

- 1 packet Shirataki Fine

Juice of half a lime

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp Honey

500 g Roast beef

400 g Chinese wok vegetables

Bunch of fresh coriander

4 Spring onion stalks

Preparation method for SHIRATAKI NOODLES WITH STIR-FRIED ROAST BEEF AND VEGETABLES

  1. Place the roast beef strips in the marinade for at least 15 minutes: juice of ½ lime, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp sambal, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp Chinese 5 spices, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp Soy sauce.
  2. Sear the roast beef over high heat until tender. Remove from the pan, place on a plate and cover.
  3. Fry the vegetables al dente in the same pan.
  4. Meanwhile, remove the Shirataki noodles from the packaging and rinse briefly with water.
  5. Add the roast beef and drained shirataki noodles to the vegetables. Stir.
